Where do you ship and what does shipping cost?

We dispatch orders within 1 business day. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–10 business days. We currently support 25 destination countries. Standard Shipping is US$6.99, with free standard shipping available on orders US$69+. Check your address and final charge at checkout. How do I track my order?

Can I cancel, change, or return an order?

Email us promptly. Our existing store policy accepts full-priced order cancellation requests within 60 minutes of purchase, subject to processing. Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to condition and eligibility. Review the full return policy, including hygiene, custom-item, postage, refund timing, and applicable statutory rights. Do not place a second order until you understand how the first will be handled.

What if a parcel is missing or a product is damaged?

Check the address, delivery location, tracking, and carrier notices, then email support with your order number. Include photos for damage or incorrect items. We will investigate with you; do not assume you must pay again.

How do discount codes work?

Enter a code at checkout and review the final discount before paying. Eligibility, expiry, exclusions, and combinations depend on the specific offer. We do not promise that all discounts can be combined.

Is a purchase automatically a subscription?
